被爆樹木 広島 写真集

私は藤原隆雄と申します。広島宇品で生まれ育ち、５０年間写真を撮り続けてきました写真家です。
被爆地広島の写真家としてどうしても残しておきたい写真が有ります。
それは被爆樹木です。２年間かけて被爆樹木の撮影をし、写真集を制作しました。
タイトルは「被爆樹木広島」私に出来ることは写真を撮って残すことしかないと思いました。
木を撮ることに没頭する日々でした。
2023.年５月のG7と言う機会も考え、世界に向けて被爆樹木を通して核兵器の恐ろしさを、
そして沢山の人々の人生を一瞬にして奪ったことを考えていただきたいと言う気持ちで、
毎日毎日被爆樹木の声を聴き、会話を交わしながら撮影をしました。
被爆後78年が過ぎた今も、私達に大切な事を伝える為に根を張り、
枝を伸ばし必死に土にしがみついてきた被爆樹木の生きざまは不幸にして被爆された人々と共にあります。
是非、皆様に写真集のことを伝えていただければ、と失礼も省みずこの写真集を発行せていただきました。
My name is Takao Fujiwara. I am a photographer, born and raised in Ujina,
Hiroshima City,
and have been taking pictures for 50 years.
As a photographer based in the A-bombed city of Hiroshima, I have photographs
that I strongly wish to preserve.
They are photos of A-Bombed Trees.
I spent my days immersed in photographing these trees over the course of
about two years, and published a photo collection entitled,
“Trees that Survived the Atomic Bombing of Hiroshima.” My mission was to
take these photos for future generations to see.
The G7 Hiroshima Summit 2023 in May is an ideal opportunity for me to share
this collection.
The A-Bombed Trees can help the world to think about the horror of nuclear weapons
and how great numbers of people’s lives can be taken away in an instant.
With this in mind,
I listened to the voices of these trees each and every day and engaged
in dialogue with them as I took their pictures.
Today, 78 years after the atomic bombing, these trees desperately cling
to the earth
as they spread their roots and branches to convey important messages to us.
Their way of life is with the people who were sadly victimized in the bombing.
I published this photo collection with sincere hopes that you will tell others about it, too.
